Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell, cooled
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. crab meat (1 to 2 cans)
1 1/2 c. Swiss or Gruyere cheese, grated
1/3 chopped onion
Preparation

In blender, combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch. Process until smooth.
Add crab meat, cheese and onion and blend at low speed just to combine (3 to 4 seconds).
Pour mixture into baked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes until top is puffed up and golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before serving to firm up the custard.
Serves 4 to 6.
