Un-Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 zucchini
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
pinch of salt
Preparation

Peel and seed zucchini.
Cut into lengthwise strips and slice like you would an apple.
Cover with water and boil two minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.
Mix remaining ingredients together and stir gently through zucchini.
Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust and cover with top crust.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
Tastes just like an apple pie!
