Zucchini Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peeled and shredded zucchini
    1 pkg. Sure-Jell
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    6 c. sugar
    2 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. orange, cherry, raspberry or strawberry jello
Preparation
    Cook zucchini 10 to 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in jello.
    After jello is dissolved, pour into jars and seal or put in freezer.
