Savory Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    40 mushrooms (medium size), washed, caps whole, stems removed
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    freshly ground pepper
    2 c. chicken bouillon
    1/2 c. wild rice
    1 shallot
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. chopped almonds
    fresh lemon
Preparation
    Bring bouillon to a boil.
    Add washed wild rice; cover and simmer for 1 hour.
    Remove from heat.
    Saute mushroom caps in butter.
    Mix rice, almonds, herbs and spices and fill mushroom caps.
    Drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    May easily be prepared a day prior to re-heating.
