Shrimp De Jonghe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. melted butter
1/3 c. parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
2/3 c. cooking sherry
5 to 6 c. cleaned, cooked shrimp
2 minced cloves garlic
dash of cayenne
2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

To melted butter, add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne and cooking sherry; mix well.
Add bread crumbs.
Place shrimp in a 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
Spoon butter mixture over.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
