Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Remove skin from chicken and cut chicken into 1-inch strips. Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Lightly coat chicken strips with flour mixture.
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook on both sides until browned, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve with mild salsa, meatless spaghetti sauce or plain yogurt mixed with green onions.
