Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sweet potatoes for cooking
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cut potatoes in serving size.
Put in pan and almost cover with water.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook until tender, but not soft.
Place in a baking pan.
Slice 1 medium size orange thin; add to syrup.
Cook until syrup drops heavy off spoon.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
