Honey Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1/4 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. mustard (prepared)
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, melt the butter.
    Add honey, mustard and curry powder and mix well. Coat both sides of chicken pieces with the honey mixture as you place them in the pan, skin side down.
    Bake for 1/2 hour on each side, basting occasionally.
    Serve with rice.
