Tuna Fish With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. thin white sauce
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. shredded tuna
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook rice in double boiler.
    Add butter and salt.
    Mix lightly.
    Line well-oiled with rice.
    Pour tuna fish into rice mold.
    Cover with white sauce which has been combined with the egg.
    Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    (If desired, minced beef, chicken or salmon may be used instead of tuna.)
