Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. finely diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Prepare gelatin as directed on package, using 1 1/2 cups of water. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spoon into a 10-inch mold ring and refrigerate until firm. Unmold on a cold platter. Yields 10 servings.
