Quick Artichoke Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. (1 c. dry) macaroni or twisty noodles or shells
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, quartered
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 c. medium pitted ripe olives
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. dry basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Drain and rinse with cold water (drain again).
    In a large bowl, add pasta, artichokes and marinade, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, parsley, and basil.
    Toss gently.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Before serving, season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Serves 6.
