Texas Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. tomato juice (or 1/2 c. tomato sauce and 1/2 c. water)
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until clear.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat 20 to 30 minutes, until desired thickness. Keeps up to 1 month in refrigerator.
