Asparagus Ham Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rotini noodles
    3/4 lb. fresh asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 medium sweet yellow bell pepper, julienned
    2 medium sweet red bell peppers, julienned
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. diced fresh tomatoes
    6 oz. fully cooked ham, chopped
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. shredded Parmesan or Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile in a non-stick skillet; saute asparagus, yellow and red bell peppers in oil until tender. Add tomatoes and ham; heat thoroughly. Drain pasta, add to vegetable mixture. Stir in seasonings. Sprinkle with cheese.
