Four Minute Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
2 egg whites
3 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and beat to stiff peaks, 4 minutes over boiling water.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over top if you like.
