Potato Soup Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium roast
    large onion
    5 lb. potatoes
    1/2 stalk celery
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large soup pot, cook roast.
    When done, remove roast and add diced onion, celery and cubed potatoes to broth.
    When potatoes are almost done, add soups.
    In the meantime, shred up roast and add to pot.
    Simmer for 45 minutes.
