Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 oz.)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 c. cooked squash, well drained
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs, seasoned with dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs.
    Place in a greased casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Yields 6 servings.
