Oven Fried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. corn bread stuffing mix
    4 pork loin chops (about 1 1/2 lb.), cut 1/2-inch thick
Preparation
    Set oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place margarine or butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Place pan in the oven about 3 minutes or until margarine melts.
    Stir together egg and milk.
    Dip pork chops in egg mixture.
    Coat with stuffing mix.
    Place chops on top of melted margarine in pan.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Turn.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until pork is no longer pink.
