Mrs. Clark'S Lemon Cheese Cake Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice and rind of 2 lemons
2 c. sugar
2 whole eggs
3 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in a little cold water
Preparation

Mix all together in saucepan.
When mixture begins to boil, add the dissolved cornstarch and let cook until thick.
Let cool a few minutes before putting on any white cake layers.
