Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) box jumbo shells
2 lb. ground beef
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package.
Drain.
Cool in a single layer on wax paper.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, Mozzarella cheese, onions, oregano, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Fill each shell with 2 tablespoons meat. Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Put shells with the open side down in a single layer.
Cover with sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 36 shells.
