Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini, cut
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 bay leaf
    2 cloves
    bread crumbs
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook zucchini for 10 minutes in salted water and drain.
    Place in greased baking dish.
    Melt butter.
    Add flour and blend in tomatoes, green pepper, onion, brown sugar, bay leaf and cloves. Cook 5 minutes.
    Pour over zucchini.
    Top with crumbs and dot with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
