Herb Grilled Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. basil leaves, crumbled
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 medium-sized eggplant, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    2 medium zucchini, cut in half, lengthwise
    2 medium tomatoes, cut in 1/2, crosswise*
Preparation
    *Italian Roma tomatoes also work well; split in half lengthwise.
