Open Faced French Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 apples
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 stick firm butter or margarine
Preparation
    Coat sliced and peeled apples with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Arrange in pie crust.
