Magnolia Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. butter, softened
    3 large eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    whipped cream, lemon slices (garnishes)
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients; beat at medium speed with a mixer until blended.
    Add eggs, buttermilk and flavorings.
    Beat at low speed until blended.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool on a wire rack.
    Garnish, if desired.
