Mushroom-Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped pimento
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    4 c. thinly sliced and peeled raw potatoes
Preparation
    Mix together in a 2-quart bowl mushroom soup and cheese.
    Stir in milk, pimento, mushroom stems and pieces and potatoes.
    Put mixture in a greased baking dish and top with grated cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 6 servings.
