Italian Sausage And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage (mild or hot)
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (15 oz.) can dark or light red kidney beans (undrained)
    1 medium zucchini, cut in 1 1/2 x 1/4-inch strips
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, brown sausage, green peppers, onion and garlic; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 15 minutes or until zucchini is tender and mixture is slightly thickened. Serves 4.
