Lime Party Salad(Serves 20) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 lb. marshmallows (mini)
1 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (No. 2) can (16 oz.) undrained crushed pineapple
1 c. whipping cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Melt marshmallows in top of double boiler with one cup of milk.
Pour hot mixture over lime jello and stir until dissolved. Stir cream cheese in hot mixture until cheese dissolves.
Add pineapple.
Cool mixture.
Keep stirring until cool to touch.
