Bun-Steads - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. American cheese (1 c. cubed; Velveeta may work or Cheddar)
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento stuffed olives
2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickles (try relish)
1/2 c. real mayonnaise (do not use anything but real mayo or it won't work)
6 to 8 hot dog buns
Preparation

Combine ingredients except buns.
Mix all ingredients, split buns and fill.
Wrap each filled bun in aluminum foil.
Place in oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until filling is heated and cheese melts.
Fills 6 to 8 large buns generously.
Can be served hot or cold.
Can be refrigerated and reheated to serve at a later time.
