Salsa Cruda - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes, cut in half
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2-3 Tbsp. chopped canned green chili peppers
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 tsp. crushed couander seed
Preparation
    Combine, cover, refrigerate over night or at least 3 hours.
