Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of red pepper flakes or hot sauce (if desired)
1/2 head or more lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1/4 c. cooked bacon, crumbled
2 green onions, sliced or about 1/4 c. chopped sweet onion
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a jar.
Shake well.
Pour over lettuce and other ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Toss and serve.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
