Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 egg
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, flour and salt.
Cut in shortening.
In another bowl mix water, egg and vinegar.
Combine with sugar mixture. Divide into five parts.
