Stuffed Pears - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk or cream
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. chopped raisins
2 medium size pears, peeled, halved and cored
2 Tbsp. slivered almonds or chopped nuts
Preparation

In a small bowl of mixer, beat cheese, milk and extract until well blended and fluffy. Stir in raisins.
Using ice cream scoop or 2 spoons, shape mixture into 4 balls.
Place on cut sides of pear halves.
Sprinkle with almonds. Serve at once.
