"Six Week" Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1 c. shortening, melted
3 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
5 c. flour
1 qt. buttermilk
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Blend together.
Don't overstir.
Store in a large covered container in the refrigerator.
Batter will keep for up to 6 weeks.
Bake as needed in greased muffin tin at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
