Oven-Baked Mexi-Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2-lbs or 7 med. baking potatoes, peeled and cut into thin wedges or strips
    1 Tbs canola or light olive oil
    2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp salt (opt)
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp ground cumin
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450.
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss well.
    Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
