Crab And Crawfish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 lb. crawfish tails
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. crab meat
Preparation
    Brown onion and garlic in butter.
    Add crawfish and crab meat, 1/2 of bread crumbs, water and lemon juice.
    Cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
    While mixture simmers, line muffin tins with paper liners.
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0, then fill muffin tins 3/4 full with mixture.
    Top each cup with the remaining bread crumbs.
    Place in hot oven for 5 to 8 minutes until top bread crumbs brown a bit.
