Sweet Potato Buried Treasure Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 2 oz. can sweet potatoes, drained
    8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. cranberry sauce
Preparation
    Whip together sweet potatoes, pineapple, egg, butter, salt and cinnamon.
    Swirl in cranberry sauce.
    Spoon into greased 8 x 8-inch dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
