Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. saltine crackers, crushed
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 chicken breast halves or 12 thighs
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Prepare chicken with salt and pepper.
    Mix saltine crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Dip chicken into melted butter and roll in crumb mixture.
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
