Corned Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corned beef
    4 medium tomatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/2 head cabbage, cut into pieces
    1/4 stick margarine
    1 clove fresh garlic
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. water (not required if baking in microwave oven)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except corned beef.
    Place in baking dish and bake until vegetables are tender.
    (Add 1/2 cup water if cooking in conventional oven.)
    Cover with corned beef and return to oven until piping hot.
    May be topped with shredded cheese, if desired.
