Scotch Pancakes(Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Beat ingredients together until smooth.
    Use one rounded tablespoonful per cake.
    Makes 40 (2-inch) cakes.
