Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. hash browns
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded cheese
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
cornflakes or cracker crumbs
Preparation

Mix hash browns, sour cream, soup, cheese, onions and milk together.
Mix well.
Melt butter in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Save half of butter to mix with cornflakes or crackers for topping.
Pour into baking dish and top with crackers.
Spread over top.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
