Aunt Chris' Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate until melted. Add Marshmallow Creme and nuts. Mix until well blended. Pour into 8 x 8 foil pans lined with wax paper and let set to cool. Will take 2 pans. After cooled, cut into squares.
