*Coconut Pie* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
    2 (9-inch) pie shells (unbaked)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
