Lemon Sponge Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked)
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add sugar, egg yolks, lemon juice, flour and salt.
    Mix well.
    Stir in milk.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold egg whites into 1st mixture.
    Pour into crust-lined pie plate. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 35 more minutes at 350\u00b0.
