Baked Pork Chop Moana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thick pork chops
    2/3 c. sherry wine
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 green peppers
    6 slices canned pineapple
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. syrup canned pineapple
Preparation
    Place chops in single layer in a shallow baking pan. Mix wine and soy sauce; pour over chops. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour or so turning 3 or 4 times. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning and basting occasionally.
