Cottage Cheese Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dry cottage cheese
1 c. crushed crackers
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
6 eggs
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
1 pkg. George Washington broth (dry)
1 c. drained mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. mushroom gravy
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients and drop by spoonfuls into oiled frypan.
When golden brown, place in casserole and cover with gravy made from remainder of ingredients.
Simmer in oven for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
Use a 9 x 13-inch dish.
