Pina Colada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. toasted coconut, divided in half
    3 (1/2 pt.) containers heavy cream
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 Tbsp. dark rum
    1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Preparation
    To prepare crust, mix crushed vanilla wafers, sugar, nutmeg and 1/2 cup coconut.
    Add melted butter and mix well.
    Press firmly into a 9-inch pie pan and bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
