Curried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. water
    1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
    1 c. uncooked instant rice
    1/4 c. raisins (optional)
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Saute
    onion in butter in a saucepan until tender.
    Add water and
    bouillon cube; bring to a boil.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Allow
    mixture
    to
    return
    to a boil; cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
