Chicken Fajita Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 green peppers
    large onion
    1 package Taco seasoning
    2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
    1 cup salsa
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips and cook in olive oil.
    Add peppers and onions to chicken.
    Add taco seasoning.
    Cook until chicken is done.
    Place chicken in casserole dish and add peppers and onions on top.
    Pour salsa over this and add cheese.
    Place under broiler until cheese is bubbly.
    Serve with sour cream.
