Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. or 1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order and pour into a 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 to 55 minutes.
