Sweet And Sour Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork ribs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 green peppers, cut in strips
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation

On top of stove, cover ribs with cold water.
Bring to boil; simmer 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse in cold water.
Place in roasting pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
Pour off fat.
Add pineapple chunks and peppers.
Bake for 10 minutes.
