Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook chicken in water, salted to taste, until tender.
    Cool; remove from bone and chop fine.
    Combine chicken, celery, eggs, pickle relish and broth.
    Moisten with mayonnaise.
    Chill.
    Can be served on lettuce.
    Makes good sandwiches.
